Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Tiktok Manager-Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Tiktok strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tiktok’s algorithm, a strong creative vision, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Tiktok content strategy that showcases our brand’s products and values
- Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Build and maintain a strong online presence through regular posting, engagement, and community management
- Monitor and analyze Tiktok metrics to optimize our content and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Tiktok
- Strong understanding of Tiktok’s algorithm and best practices
- Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
