Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Tiktok Manager-Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Tiktok strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tiktok’s algorithm, a strong creative vision, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Tiktok content strategy that showcases our brand’s products and values

• Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience

• Build and maintain a strong online presence through regular posting, engagement, and community management

• Monitor and analyze Tiktok metrics to optimize our content and strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Tiktok

• Strong understanding of Tiktok’s algorithm and best practices

• Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
