Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resource Intern at Deltadroplet (PVT) Ltd. in Islamabad Dha Phase-II. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various tasks and projects, while gaining valuable experience in the field of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and attendance records.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in HR.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving results.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
