IT Intern

The IT Intern at Zindagi Trust will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment and develop skills in areas such as network administration, software development, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT department staff in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software applications

• Develop and implement solutions to improve IT department efficiency and effectiveness

• Assist in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Tableau

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including software development and implementation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

• Experience with database management systems and cloud computing (AWS or Azure)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
