Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

• Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws and labor codes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
