Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WordPress Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop their skills, and gain hands-on experience in WordPress development. As a WordPress Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our development team in creating, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing WordPress websites and themes

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of code quality

• Assist in creating and editing content for WordPress websites

• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, features, and best practices

• Participate in meetings and contribute to team discussions

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of WordPress: Familiarity with WordPress core functionality, themes, and plugins

• HTML/CSS skills: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less

• JavaScript skills: Familiarity with JavaScript and its frameworks like jQuery

• Coding skills: Proficiency in a programming language like PHP

• Communication skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues

Job Details

• Job Type: Internship

• Contract Length: 3-6 months

• Work Location: Rawalpindi

• Pay: 7000

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Preferred skills: Knowledge of Git, WordPress plugins, and WordPress page builders like Elementor or Beaver Builder
