Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designing Instructor to teach a project-based course for our students at STEM Wizards Academia. As a UI/UX Designing Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to our students, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of UI/UX design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver project-based courses in UI/UX design, focusing on hands-on experience and real-world applications

• Create and provide detailed lesson plans, exercises, and projects to engage students and promote learning

• Develop and provide feedback on student projects, helping them improve their design skills and portfolios

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain course materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., design, human-computer interaction, computer science)

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

• Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs

• Strong knowledge of design principles and human-centered design methodologies

• Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience with project-based learning and flipped classroom methodologies

Job Details

• Job Type: Remote, full-time

• Contract Length: Ongoing, with regular evaluations and performance reviews

• Pay: 300/hour

• Work Location: Pakistan (remote work arrangements available)
