Job Description

At Fascinate Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Lahore. As a Sales & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales targets and grow the customer base

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients

• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer bases

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
