Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.

Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.).

1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
