We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern at Phaedra Solutions in Lahore. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and planning projects from initiation to completion

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and other events as required

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists

• Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports and presentations

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and team members

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
