Domino’s Pizza Pakistan is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Karachi Clifton. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and attendance records.

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement training programs for employees.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
