Junior Architect 3d & cad operator (Internship)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect 3D & CAD Operator to join our team at Design Estimations Engineering Services. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced professionals and contribute to various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture, excellent technical skills, and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in designing and developing 3D models and CAD drawings for various projects.

• Work on architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers.

• Develop and maintain 3D models, CAD drawings, and other project-related documents.

• Conduct research on new design trends, technologies, and software to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Skills:

• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.

• Strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Certifications: Familiarity with LEED AP or other relevant certifications is an asset.
