Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will play a vital role in supporting the HR team at ITCS. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, benefits, and training

• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and company events

• Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and benefits communication

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and maintaining HR-related documents

• Conduct research on HR-related topics, including best practices and industry trends

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
