Digixsoft is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Karachi. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various tasks, projects, and initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.

• Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, such as labor laws, benefits, and compensation.

• Develop and implement HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll management.
