Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern Female at Soft Nation Technologies. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the human resources department and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and company events.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
