Job Summary

Unity Films Software PVT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR-related tasks, develop your skills in HR management, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

• Coordinate training and development programs for staff members

• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and scheduling interviews

• Conduct research on best HR practices and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies

• Analyze employee data and generate reports to support decision-making

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of HR software and systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Details

• Job Type: Internship

• Contract Length: 3-6 months

• Work Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

• Reporting: This position will report to the HR Manager
