Job Description
The HR Intern at Pluton will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, develop skills in recruitment, and build a strong understanding of organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits data

• Coordinate employee events, training sessions, and company-wide meetings

• Develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures

• Support the development and maintenance of employee engagement initiatives

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
