Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Office Manager cum Secretary to manage our office operations and handle administrative tasks, including accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Handle administrative tasks, including reception, correspondence, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in office management, accounting, or a related field
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as ACCA or CMA, are a plus
