Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an E-commerce Management Intern at Insource IT Solutions (SMC-PVT) Limited in Rawalpindi. As an E-commerce Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies, managing online marketplaces, and analyzing sales data to optimize business performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to design and execute plans to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.

• Manage online marketplaces: Monitor and optimize product listings, manage inventory levels, and resolve any issues that may arise on online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy.

• Analyze sales data and optimize business performance: Use data analytics tools to analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all e-commerce channels.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Research and stay current with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• E-commerce experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

• Communication and teamwork skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
