Job Description

Building Relationships and Identifying Business Opportunities

As a BD Intern at Skylight Codeworks, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Skylight Codeworks as a solution provider. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Deliverables

• Identify and research potential clients: Research and identify potential clients that align with Skylight Codeworks’ business goals and values.

• Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Understand client needs: Understand the needs and pain points of potential and existing clients to position Skylight Codeworks as a solution provider.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

• Provide market insights and recommendations: Provide market insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to inform business decisions.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of CRM software: Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage client relationships and data.
