Job Description

We’re hiring an onsite AI Digital Marketing Automation Assistant to support our AI-powered marketing, content, and automation projects. You’ll work side-by-side with our core team in Bahria Business District and contribute to:

• AI-powered content creation (blogs, SEO pages, social posts)

• Visual content design using Canva, DALL·E, Midjourney, etc.

• Automation of marketing workflows (email, lead capture, SEO tools)

• Prompt writing and content refinement using ChatGPT, Notion AI

• Asset creation for LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, reels, etc.

• Research and testing of new AI tools, workflows, and trends

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Tech-savvy – comfortable with tools, curious to explore AI platforms

• Creative & Visual – good eye for aesthetics, can work with images/videos

• Good at English Communication – can write, present, and collaborate in English

• A Fast Learner – able to adapt to new software, systems, and instructions

• Team-Oriented & Professional – reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite

Requirements

• Minimum: Matric / Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong communication and learning mindset

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or design

• Comfortable working full-time in Bahria Phase 8 (Near New Bahria Headoffice), Rawalpindi

Bonus (Not Required But Preferred)

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools

• Exposure to ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, or other AI tools

• Previous internship in marketing, content, or design

• Background in computer science, media, or marketing

• Pay: Rs 35,000.00 per month
