Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern (Female) to join our team at Brandix Soft in Lahore. As an Administrative Intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and contributing to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and maintaining records.

• Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Contract Length: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

• Work Location: Brandix Soft, Lahore

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
