Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Intern to join our team at Urban Shop Pk in Karachi. As an Admin & HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative and human resources functions, gaining valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks, including managing emails, calendars, and filing systems

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee information and company documentation

• Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities

• Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and report preparation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
