Project Coordinator Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern at CODE Informatics in Islamabad. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our project teams in various tasks, developing your skills, and gaining valuable experience in the field of project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and other project-related events.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

• Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, engineering).

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and technologies.
