Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to join our team at iTech Gemini in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about project delivery, agile frameworks, and collaborative teamwork. The intern will assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities using Agile/Scrum practices, gaining hands-on experience in real-world project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and Scrum Masters in organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).

• Support the tracking and documentation of project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.

• Maintain project documentation and help prepare reports for stakeholders.

• Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Learn and contribute to Agile best practices and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar) is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or coursework in Agile or Scrum (e.g., Scrum Master fundamentals, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).

• Experience working on group projects using Agile methodologies.

• Interest in technology, software development, or product management.

• Pay: Up to Rs 10,000 a month
