Wayenazafar Immigration is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internship Student to join our team. As an Internship Student, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in the field of immigration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and maintenance of client records

• Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails

• Conduct research on immigration policies and procedures

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new projects and initiatives

• Gain knowledge of immigration laws and regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (minimum 2nd year) in a relevant field (e.g., law, international relations, business)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Familiarity with immigration laws and regulations (an asset)
